Danilo Currò and Enrico Bellinghieri, independent professionals working together under the name “Lumia Studio”, based in Messina, Italy, are joint controllers of your data.

What data we collect

Data you send us When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive the data you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Browsing data Like any website, the server hosting this site automatically records some technical data (such as IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time). This data is needed for the site to work and to keep it secure.
Visitor statistics We use a statistics tool installed on our own site (Burst Statistics), set to anonymous mode: it uses no cookies, does not recognize returning visitors and shares no data with third parties. We only use it to know, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site and which pages they view.

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your requests for information or quotes. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Keeping the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Anonymous, aggregate statistics on how the site is used. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

  • Messages received through the form or by email: for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless it leads to a working relationship (in which case, for the period required by law).
  • Technical browsing data: for the period set by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Who we may share it with

Your data is processed only by us. To run the website and email we rely on technical providers (hosting and email services), who act as data processors and handle the data only on our behalf. The data is stored within the European Union.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use profiling, advertising or third-party cookies. For this reason your consent is not required and no cookie banner is shown.

Do you have to give us your data?

No. However, without your name and email we cannot reply to you.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:
  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it;
  • restrict its use or object to its processing;
  • send you your data in a readable format (portability).
Just write to info@lumiastudio.it. We will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
